Funeral Services will be held at a 10:00 am Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, January 16, 2012 in the Delhomme Chapel of the Flowers for Paul Hollier, Sr., 87, who passed away on January 13, 2012 at 4:48 pm at St. Martin Hospital.
Reverend David Hebert, Associate Pastor of Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church, will be Celebrant of the Mass and will conduct the funeral services.
Interment will take place in Lafayette Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mr. Hollier, a resident of Cankton, LA, was the son of the late Edmond Hollier and the former Emily Fabre. He was employed by Cargill Salt Mines in Breaux Bridge for 15 plus years
He is survived by his sons, Eddie Hollier and wife Nadine of Lafayette, LA, Paul Hollier, Jr. and wife Catherine of Breaux Bridge, LA, Roland Hollier and wife Peggy of Cankton, LA, Steve Hollier and wife Lynn of Cankton; grandchildren; Daniel Hollier, Lucas Hollier, Sarah H. Hanks, Laurie Breaux, Lisa H. Fuselier, Lance Hollier, Michela Hollier; step grandchildren, Cody Fruge', Ashley Demette; great grandchildren, Noah Hollier, Delanie Fuselier, Madison Hollier, Dylan Hanks, Harley Breaux, Lexi Breaux, and T. J. Foreman; step great grandchildren, Hannah Fruge and Hailey Fruge; and his sister, Nancy Hollier of Broussard, LA.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Anna Lou "Noel" Hollier; grandson, Joshua Roland Hollier; brothers, Dennis Hollier, Roy Hollier and Bonnie Hollier; sisters, Marie Mouton and Theresa Fabacher.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed on Sunday, January 15, 2012 from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm at Delhomme Funeral Home and Monday from 8:00 am to time of services. A rosary will be recited Sunday at 6:00 pm in the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Eddie Hollier, Paul Hollier, Jr., Roland Hollier, Steve Hollier, Lucas Hollier and Lance Hollier.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to Dr. Warren Degatur and the staff of St. Martin Hospital for the attention given to Mr. Hollier.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 27, 2008 at 10:00 am at a Mass of Christian Burial in the Delhomme Chapel of the Flowers for Anna Lou 'Noel' Hollier, 85, who died Thursday, May 22, 2008 at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center.

Interment will take place in Lafayette Memorial Park.
Mrs. Hollier, a native of Breaux Bridge, was the daughter of the late Willie Babineaux and the former, Marie Trosclair. Mrs. Hollier was a very sweet and loving mother who was deeply loved and will be truly missed by all. She was very strong and brought a lot of laughter to those who knew her.
Survivors include her husband, Paul Hollier, Sr. of Lafayette; her sons, Eddie Hollier and wife, Nadine of Lafayette, Paul Hollier, Jr. and wife, Catherine of Breaux Bridge, Roland Hollier and fianc' Peggy of Cankton, Steven Hollier and wife, Lynn of Cankton; grandchildren, Daniel Hollier, Lucas Hollier, Sarah H. Hanks, Laurie Hollier, Lisa H. Fuslier, Lance Hollier, Michela Hollier; step grandchildren, Cody Fruge', Ashley Demette; great grandchildren, Noah Hollier, Delanie Fuslier, Madison Hollier; step great grandchildren, Hannah Fruge and Hailey Fruge; sisters, Clotile Dejean of Groves, TX and Ludy Bernard of Coteau Holmes, LA; brothers, Ernest Babineaux, Rodney Babineaux, Willie Babineaux all of Breaux Bridge and Linton Babineaux of Broussard.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a grandson, Josh Roland Hollier; brothers, Percy Babineaux, Sullie Babineaux, Wilfred Babineaux; and a sister, Anna Mae Guillory.
